lately my eyelids have been very dry, and semi-crusty
i use regular hand soap to wash my makeup off my eyes. that may be the reason why, but ive never had a problem using it in the past
i have hydrocortisone 1% that i put on the corners of my nose where its red. would that be safe & effective to put on my eyelids? thanks
and also, i do not want to invest in eye makeup remover. what is a safe alternative for washing makeup off?
