My eyelids and the skin right under my eyes are really chapped and flaky from the cold weather im outside alot because i run alot. From the cold weather it has made my skin really dry and red, please how can i get rid of this ?
PLEASE! help they hurt they feel sunburned but they can’t be, its not that because its like 20 degrees here. Its been really cold and thats when my eyes/skin started to get really dry/flaky
