Eye quandary
I’VE tried them all – pencil and liquid eyeliners. They all say draw your line as close to the eyelid as possible but I always find this difficult as the eyelashes get in the way. And, I sometimes end up with liner in my eyes. Bottom eyelids are tougher to deal with.
